Candlelight Yoga:

Allow yourself time to focus on relaxing and restoring your mind & body with gentle yoga, music, aromatherapy, and candlelight.

Tai Chi:

An excellent form of exercise with many health benefits to help reduce stress levels. Used for arthritis, back pain, diabetes, osteoporosis, rehabilitation and energy renewal.

Chair Yoga:

The perfect class for clients who prefer to perform yoga without sitting or laying on the floor.
